This lower level renovation has it all – bedroom + ensuite, craft room, gym, kitchenette, and even a DJ booth. The features and spaces are accented at every turn with custom LED light features throughout. The honeycomb LED lights are synced to the music to really set the vibe right! This unique project won the “Best Basement Renovation” award in the 2022 @chbanational Awards for Housing Excellence!
