About This Project

Nestled in Medway Valley, this bungalow underwent a full main floor transformation. The kitchen now boasts modern finishes and new appliances, while large windows flood the space with light and offer tranquil wildlife views. A new dream cheater ensuite with a walk-in shower and herringbone tiles complete the transformation. 

Energy efficiency was improved with spray foam insulation, increased attic insulation, and energy-efficient windows, enhancing both comfort and sustainability. By reconfiguring the existing footprint, the home now fits the homeowners’ lifestyle, blending functionality, elegance, and a connection to nature they will enjoy for years.
